Code of Conduct

At Three Peaks Pilates Studio, we are committed to creating a positive and welcoming environment where all members feel supported in their journey towards health and well-being. Our Code of Conduct reflects the values that guide our community and ensure every experience at our studio is respectful, consistent, and authentic.

1. Community

  • We believe in fostering a strong, supportive community where every individual is treated with kindness and respect. We encourage open communication, active participation, and mutual support in every class.

  • Be inclusive and respectful of others, creating an environment where everyone, regardless of ability or experience, feels welcome and valued.

2. Consistency

  • Regular attendance and consistent practice are essential for growth. We encourage all members to commit to their Pilates journey and participate in classes to the best of their ability.

  • Members should arrive on time and stay for the full session, showing respect for their own practice and for others.

3. Authenticity

  • Be true to yourself and your practice. We celebrate individuality and encourage all members to embrace their own journey, trusting that authenticity leads to personal growth and fulfillment.

  • We expect all members and instructors to communicate openly and respectfully, ensuring a safe space for self-expression and constructive feedback.

4. Growth

  • Pilates is a lifelong practice, and we encourage every member to approach it with an open mind and a willingness to grow, both physically and mentally. We believe in continual learning, both as practitioners and as a community.

  • Members should seek to challenge themselves while listening to their bodies, honouring personal limits, and acknowledging progress, no matter how small.

5. Balance

  • We believe in finding balance in all aspects of life and in your Pilates practice. Members are encouraged to respect their bodies, take breaks when needed, and practice mindfulness both inside and outside the studio.

  • Balance also extends to maintaining a harmonious and respectful atmosphere in the studio. We expect everyone to practice good hygiene, take care of the studio equipment, and respect the shared space.

Studio Etiquette

  • Respect the Studio Environment: Please keep your personal belongings stored away during class, remove shoes and store away to help keep the studio tidy and welcoming for all members.

  • Respect Others: Be mindful of noise levels before and after class. Turn off or silence your phone to avoid distractions. Be mindful conversation during class. Interacting with the group is encouraged, providing it does not interfere with instructions from the teacher.

  • Safety First: Always follow the instructor’s guidance, and inform them of any injuries or limitations you may have so that they may offer variations to suit your situation. If you require individual attention, please allow the instructor to set the rest of the class going prior to attending to your situation.

By following this Code of Conduct, we create a space where all members feel empowered, supported, and able to thrive. Thank you for contributing to the positive energy at Three Peaks Pilates Studio
