Cancellation Policy

Three Peaks Pilates Studio is committed to delivering best practice, high quality treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. Clients are treated as partners in their treatment programs.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so as early as possible so that a waitlisted client can fill the vacancy. Cancellations of less than 24 hours notice will incur a $20 fee. Non-attendance to an appointment without notice will incur a fee of 50% of the treatment cost.

Cancellations of less than 24 hours or non-attendance to pilates classes are non-refundable.
