Kelley Hill
Studio owner
Pilates Instructor
I am the proud owner of the boutique studio, Three Peaks Pilates Studio in Albany WA. With 8 years of experience in the fitness industry and 15 years nursing experience, I bring passion for health and wellness to every aspect of my work. My journey began with a personal commitment to fitness, which quickly grew into a desire to help others discover their own potential.
As a studio owner, I am deeply committed to fostering a community of like-minded individuals who are passionate about growth and self-improvement. Beyond the studio, I am actively engaged in continuous learning and professional development, always seeking new ways to enhance my practice and enrich my life. I am currently undertaking a Bachelor in Exercise and Sports Science.
I maintain my own fitness through trail running and participation in ultra-endurance events in spectacular locations across the country. I also play the cello for a bit of fun! You won’t see me on a podium or in the orchestra but I believe in consistency over time: the idea that we achieve growth by regularly applying ourselves. This brings me joy!
Ruby Adams
Pilates Instructor
I am a passionate pilates instructor with six years of experience teaching classes. I really believe in pilates as a practice to enhance your body, mind and therefore your lifestyle. I spend most of my free time surfing and I have an extreme love for nature. I first discovered pilates through my love for surfing as a way to keep my body and mind healthy, balanced and strong and enable me to function to the best of my ability. I find teaching pilates is exceptionally rewarding. Seeing the positive impact it has on other peoples lives makes me very happy.
Nicole Deegan
Pilates Instructor
My Pilates journey began many years ago as I sought to regain core strength after the birth of my second child. When Kelley invited me to join as an instructor, I was initially hesitant, but I quickly found my happy place in guiding others on their own strength-building journeys. Outside the studio, you’ll often find me hiking, paddleboarding, or cheering my kids on in whatever they’re passionate about; balancing family life with my passion for fitness and my work in community services. I believe that movement is essential for everyone, and I’m excited to share my love for Pilates with you!

Student Pilates Instructor
My love of Pilates began too long ago for me to remember why I started, but for the most part of the last 20 years, it has remained a constant in my life. After retiring from netball (with knees still intact), where I thrived in the camaraderie of team sport, I feel a similar sense of connection and motivation in the small, supportive, friendly environment of the 3 Peaks studio. Pilates gives me an invaluable sense of strength, balance and well being that compliments every area of my life, and I intend to take that with me well into my 90’s. I feel privileged to be able to help others in a environment where they feel inspired, challenged and supported to reach their own similar goals no matter what stage of life, or level of fitness, they are starting from.

During a career break, I discovered Pilates and became quite passionate about it due to the positive changes it brought to my well-being, body, and lifestyle. Outside of the studio, I love to take my mini dachshund, Colin, for walks on the beach, where he enjoys "talking" to other four-legged beachgoers. Being out in nature is one of my favourite pastimes, whether it's going on hiking adventures or spending time pottering around in the garden.
